There are so many games out there that make players feel emotional, this game is a perfect example of that happening, the music, the visuals, the character development and the relationship between the characters, all of it really makes the player feel everything they’d feel if they were in that exact situation, that scene will forever be in my head, it’s so....AGH, ITS SO HEARTBREAKING
the fact that they had us go with lee and Clem through thick and thin, just to kill him is such a power move. the fact that every time we here alive inside we know something serious just happened. this is no exception and i find something beautiful in that.
I love how this music sets the scene perfectly. The melancholic piano and violin match the mood and the feeling of the scene. While all the while, there is a foreboding "growling" sound that increases in volume the longer the song goes on. The song is building the emotion while also telling the player that Lee is getting worse by the minute, letting the player know that Lee's fate is inescapable.
When the first time everyone played the game we thought it was going to not end the way it did, but it did and every time I hear the song it brings me back when we had to make the choice.
When I hear this I start remind my childhood. I mean I miss me when I first played this game and everything... I wish I could go back to when I played this game I miss Lee and me at that time.
