Nice find! Options looked good. It's the same price as Circus Circus brunch buffet. Might be a few less options but looks a lot better. The country fried steak and the gravy looked good. I would destroy that seafood omelet too. Great video!

Ketchup.... not sure if it's specifically korean, but my mom (korean) used to make fried rice and would put a scrambled fried egg (like a flat omelet ) over the rice, and then put ketchup on the egg... so good.
I absolutely love Korean or Thai fried rice with the egg on top.😋😋😋

Ohhhh, I agree...this is a hidden gem. I went there about 20 mins before they closed and they were so great...and the food was incredible...we ordered the benedicts from the menu...so fresh and delicious.

Great review. I always stayed at nyny when I went, I didn't know this place existed. Could you do a review at the Rio. I remember that buffet being pretty good and I'm headed that way in September.
The buffet at Rio closed years ago, it is a waste of time for anyone to do food review there, as most of the stores and restaurants are long gone, the place and the casino are mostly deserted since there is nothing going on

I know you say don't eat the bread but, I dunno man, I often use bread to sop up the goodness, like runny yolk. I love me some runny yolk. And the bread has to be fresh, fresh, fresh. Love these videos, you and Mrs Explore Vegas are iconic.

@rawasianchicago we reviewed the Excalibur as well. It’s another nice option, it’s only a few bucks more and it does have more offerings. I did find the quality at this buffet a bit better. Either way, you can’t go wrong.
Looks Good but at My Size i just Don't like Spending More than $20 on a Weekday Breakfast/Lunch Buffet! Bellagio b4 the "BAT-VIRUS" Buffet was like $21.99 Now is "$40"

New York New York Brunch buffet looks so-so that you can get at Hometown Buffet.
It’s a nice budget friendly buffet option on the strip. There aren’t too many of those on the strip these days. Thank you for watching!

Yes I can understand that. Just last week the Stratosphere starting charging for parking. They were one of the few places left with free parking.

It's a type of oatmeal (not as fluffy as traditional oatmeal).

The main benefit of steel cut vs traditional is the higher fiber content in steel cut oats.
Your son was quiet and didn't interrupt. ☺ The sign in front was deceiving and makes it appear as though mimosas are included. Did you see anyone that ordered mimosas and did they come out often? The chicken, tots, and pancakes looked really good. You were supposed to tell us if the bakery inside the closed doors was fresh or not. The pastries did look soft.
Sorry Kim. The pastries were fresh. We didn’t order bottomless mimosas, but we saw severe delivering them to tables regularly. All the food was fresh and yummy. Thank you for watching! ☺️

Im a major ketchup lover. I eat my ketchup on hamburgers, cheesesteaks, french fries, onion rings, breakfast sausage links, scrapple, home fries. Some people put ketchup on Meatloaf, eggs and hotdogs. Am I missing anything?
I put ketchup on most of those things you mentioned too! I don’t on steak, but know a guy who does.

I have several things to say.
First, to Mrs Explore Vegas. I'm glad you are on camera more these days. The buffet makes me hungry, but you make me smile. I also want to say I love your dress. Very flattering.
Next, I was disappointed by this buffet. I was happy to see the price, but this is a breakfast, not a brunch buffet. Very poor meat choices and, although Mr. Explore Vegas is always quick to warn us not to eat the bread. it looks like 75% of the choices at this buffet are pure carbs. You shouldn't fill up on potatoes for the exact same reason why you shouldn't fill up on bread.
Next, and this is the most important thing. I like ketchup on many things. I will even put ketchup on a cheap steak if it's badly cooked, but I was almost screaming when you put ketchup on a seafood omelette. Ketchup on a seafood omelette? YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry Bic. Ketchup on my eggs and omelettes all the way. Salsa if there is no ketchup available.

A little pricey for what they offer
I would agree if comparing to off-strip restaurants. For on the strip, it’s fairly comparable to what you’d pay for breakfast being that it includes the coffee.
