If u play again then at 6 pm theres a news broadcast in which the reporter says that the police needs help, you will have a phone next to you and if u interact with it , it dials 911 and you can call the police after that , if u keep playing , later on, when mom was supposed to "slip in jam", something else happens and all i can say is that she is safed , i dont wanna spoil it so see it yourself.
Actually theres an easier way too if u want it , you just dont shoot the dog in the whole game never ever not even once and none of this happens and its just a happy ending with a party at the end. :)

1: collect all achievements or endings I think
2: complete all levels nicely
3:if you see the tape that says “it’s me” grab it then play it
4:see the crank on stage crank it
Plz play more. I dont know any endings so i am just guessing.
1. Play normal mode
2. Play hard mode
3. Get killed by the dog at the end
4. Dont play the duck hunt game, play some thing else that is laying on the ground.
5. Let the TV breake.
