That’s so exciting! The notebooks fill up quicker than other notebooks since they have less pages - if you don’t like what you’ve written, you can just change to a new insert! Also, for my first one, to get over that feeling, I measured a refill and made my own out of printer paper and by the time I’d filled up that cheaper makeshift one, I knew what I liked and could confidently go into the nicer inserts! 💕
I feel like Traveler's Notebook is perfect for this reason - you can just change the inserts. I will still save my limited edition inserts probably because they have special prints in them and I don't like blank pages anyway, but the inserts are cheap (and you can make your own) so to me there's no fear to use it.
I haven’t had that issue, but I usually have enough inserts and accessories that block it. Initially, I started with covers from Chic Sparrow which put the knot along the spine, and I ended up really liking both styles!
The first one was a very patinaed camel! It’s also been conditioned which darkened it a bit - I have a video documenting that process too. It started out so light and fuzzy and has gotten dark and smooth! I love it. Will definitely switch back to that cover when I’m in the mood for it again!
Love it! I just bought my very first travelers notbook but im scared to use it!

Oh it’s gorgeous with the blue elastic❤
Thx for showing how to do the band
Can you use other inserts in this? Like 4.5 x 8.25?
Where do you get the handy zipper pouch?
It was part of the limited edition Traveler’s Company B-Sides and Rarities collection! Sometimes they release new ones but they tend to sell quickly.
where can I get the charms on yours?
The pen one is from traveler’s company, the tiny circle is from Baum-Kuchen, and the yarn is from TwillandPrint.
Does the elastic knot in the back mess you up when you're writing?

Was your first one the camel color or the brown? Can't really tell from here! Absolutely love how your previous one has aged and patinaed.

It’s a beauty!! It’s a shade right between the camel and brown. Gotta try it out. :) I’ll check out the other video. Thank you!
Aw thanks! Of course!!
