A fiber filling machine, also known as a stuffing machine, is a device used to fill plush toys, sofa cushions, throw pillows, or pillow shells with filling materials like PP cotton. It is commonly used in the plush toy, home textile, furniture, and clothing industries.
The machine typically has a cold-rolled steel shell, with a surface treated with plastic spraying or painting. Inside, there is a mixing mechanism, a small air storage tank below, and a foot pedal switch at the front. First, an aspirator or other equipment is used to draw PP cotton, pearl cotton, plastic pellets, foam material, or other fillers into the fiber filling machine. The filling material is thoroughly mixed inside the machine. By stepping on the foot pedal, the filling material is propelled into the product shell with the force of compressed air, completing the filling process.
