Love your videos. Always entertaining and never ever boring. I also, love The Secret Garden book and movie. I even had a Secret Garden theme birthday party for one of my daughters when she turned 10.

Read the book, watched the movie (tons of times), and taught about it in my fourth grade class. Yep, great story and beautiful paper.
Tiff you already know you are my fave designer and boring is far from the truth. Ok not only was the Secret Garden my most favorite story growing up but Tamra has done an amazing job with this collection and colors!! The door, the tunnel idea, yes I'm pickin up what you are laying down gurl....ALSO am I the only one here blown away at the depth of the key on the door paper!! Wholly cow! Thank you for getting me all excited for the next box and what everyone will be creating.

When using the decorative scissors, must line up the cuts!!!!! The Secret Garden page is beautiful--would make a stunning cover for a large album.
Speaking of large albums, I just finished making your 2024 New Year's eve Card Organizer Album. It turned out sooo nice, I just love it. I copied your cover almost exactly. It was the first album I completed after moving to Missouri, so thank you!!!

My dear Tiff, I would like to suggest how you could design the cover with the tunnel effect- first, create a paper shadow box with pleats (Sam Calcott- YT) and use a hand drawn/ bigger shapes (dies are a bit small for an entire background)/ place all the dies at once uniformly spaced, and die cut the entrance to the enchanted garden. You can then sequence the biggest to smallest center pieces from outside in, with spacers created by the foam tape. On the top surface, cut the door open on right side and adhere centrally on an acetate cover to seal whole box, giving an illusion of a floating door being the entryway. You can also use flowers and vines on the acetate to make it cohesive to the underlying forest layers. Hope this helps. I'm doing a tunnel cover for my massive Pooh album. I have papers generated by AI- would like to share the process even though you may not be into it- I consider you a close crafty pal I can share crafty tid bits with. ❤

But it’s similar to what you mentioned with the dies. I can’t use acetate because it’s not included in the box but that sounds fun. You so need to send me pics once your Pooh album is complete or the process 😉I can’t wait to see it.

So I must be the only person that has never seen the movie OR read the book. I actually read to my boys every night, is this a book thru would enjoy?
You are not alone, as I am ashamed to say I have not read the book or seen the movie either, but I dont enjoy either one of those past times. Therefore I play with paper, scissors and glue! Beautiful paper line!
Oh yes I think they’d enjoy the book or movie. Marguerite has read the book so you can ask her on our next zoom to see what she says but I’m sure that they’ll like it. ❤️
