I fully believe that Randy told Ray that doing coke would help her to give her the confidence to jump. I don’t think he actually knew if it would help her or not. He was willing to say anything to give her the confidence and faith to make that jump.
i love little things like this that make it believable like its real..like we know its a game, rae know its a game, even though potentially shes gonna die jumping from there..its gonna be fine cause they will just revive her back..but the way she rp it like she genuinely scare to jump because in real life of course it is.

I think joe x april x march arc already end.. since the day at the bridge, it's the finale of the arc.. but for ray x joe arc kinda seem a little bit off cause joe stalking her 3 hours bfr the incident..

She is not a suspect but they do need to asked her about Joe. It will get a lot worse if she wants to do the change identity thing and evade the cops .

If you jump off in the wrong spot, you will hit the water and then the riverbed, plus if you activate the weird ass ragdoll effect in this game, the current will literally carry you to your death and drown you, I've had that happen lol.
