Excellent Video, and very inspiring, especially the comments toward the end about putting the effort and time in to achieve success. I was wondering, what is the fitness regime for Astronaut candidate qualification while they are here on earth? As in how many pushups do they need to be able to do, how many sit-ups, how long do they have to be able to run, any special type of exercises they need to be able to do, etc.
