He is blessed with a great arm. It's definitely not a bad thing!
It's a gift to have that kind of arm strength at his age. He just needs to take care of it. Focus on good mechanics, don't let coaches and teams overuse you (which is also on his parents to pay attention to) and continue to get stronger & build the rest of his body. But.... it's definitely not a bad thing that he was blessed with such arm talent
