DAMN I was bummed you couldn't replicate the synths from the original but actually it gives it so much of a unique feel that makes it stand out and worth listening to separately from the original! this rocks harder than the one Erwin's horse took
edit: at times the guitar parts remind me of HL soundtracks and I'm ALL FOR IT
Tell me about it. Starting off I was pretty confident but it quickly became apparent that it would sound like sh*t if I tried to "make do" so I went with the big guitars instead.
