So proud of Lewis. He was so happy and excited to do this and he did so well. His passion was evident and the whole thing gave me chills. As someone with a degree in vocal performance, sometimes it's not the amount of training or talent a person has that makes a performance, it's the amount of heart you put into it that will surge into the audience. Gutted that I missed the stream because of work, but happy to see the vod. Don't stop singing, Lewis!

Holy crow, it’s my playlist! I literally added the songs as they were singing it on the livestream, and I was debating on adding the short improv songs they did (Bread of Heaven, etc.) Regardless, I’m definitely adding O Rubber Tree, The Commodore 1864, and Fish in the Sea. Thank you so much!

The Johns did an amazing job coaxing Lewis through Northwest Passage and he handled himself most adequately.
I love how when they're doing Nelson's Blood, it's the line "Yogscast choir wouldn't do us any harm" that trips EVERYBODY up. Glorious

Never heard of the Longest Johns before and incredibly thankful to find out about them on Jingle Jam. It was such a pleasure to hear their singing and they seemed like great lads, good chemistry with the Yogs as well. Loved the songs and the banter, would definitely love to see more of them!
I've now watched this vod 4 times, start to finish and it's become my background music throughout the day because it makes me feel all the happies

You can always start trying! Work songs and sea chanties are common man songs, anyone can start singing. You and I might never hit the harmonies they do together but we can still have fun doing this sort of stuff.
This video confirmed two things for me: 1. I need a group of British lads to hang out, sing shanties and drink a pint with; 2. It needs to be The Longest Johns. This was so much fun! Very adequate! P.S. please come to the west coast US!

The karaoke stream were always my favorite and now they're backed up by such an amazing professional group makes it even more amazing. Very adequate in the meme sense indeed!
I love the harmony of their voices! They are so talented!! Out of all the performances I've seen from these guys, the ones they did during the Jingle Jam is some of the best I've seen! Other sea shanties feel so empty after listening to these guys. They give each sea shanty so much power and feeling!
Also Lewis and everyone else did SO WELL during the group songs! Lewis gave his all during Northwest Passage and it was so awesome to see him having so much fun!

I grew up watching Yogscast and found the Longest johns a few years ago this meetup makes me so happy like I cannot explain how happy! I was smiling the entire way through thank you for making a Christmas wish come true both groups!
i've been watching through some of Tom&Ben's Warhammer streams, and there was some mention at the start of the year I think, of some tendrils being cast out towards the yogs by the Longest Johns (and maybe vice versa), and T&B didn't know of them at the time, so it's really nice to see it all culminate in a jingle jam collab. really nice stream, greatenergy, and so fun to see so many of the yogs up for jumping on.
