헉 ㅜ.ㅜ 편찮으셨군여... 종종 재료 언박싱영상보면서 힐링했었어서 더 맘이 안좋네요 ;ㅅ; 디스크는 운동 꾸준히 하시면 좋아지니까 걱정 너무 하지마시구 필테 나 수영 한번 알아보세여.. ! 저는 허리 디스크 456 탈출 56퇴행이구.. 수영3년 필테2년 했어요.. 병원도 여기저기 다 다니면서 수술빼고 다 해봤는데, 통증의학과 가서 c-arm이라는 기계로 신경 보면서 약물주입하는 시술이 가장 좋았구요.. ! 다 좋아질껍니다! 결단력도 멋지구요 언제나 건강하시길~!

맞아요..허리디스크는 너무 심했어서 저두 허리에 주사 맞았었어요ㅠㅠ다행히 목은 허리보다 견디는 하중이 적어서 치료가 조금 더 낫다고 하시더라구요:) 필테는 잠깐 맛보기로 해봤었는데 좋다고 하시니 함 알아봐야겠어요ㅎㅎ걱정해주셔서 감사드리구ㅠㅠ우리 함께 건강해요💜
