Honestly Nadu feels good enough in infect to not even need Shuko due to our number of pump spells. Fingers crossed that’s what they ban instead of the bird
IF they were to ban Shuko would we go for more pump/threats or maybe try Swiftfoot/Lavaspur boots in its place for the haste and protection?
I don't think so. The equip 0 is what made shuko so good. Probably just play other pump spells.
Nice deck. I've been advocating for jamming nadu into random decks, but this is a good fit, and seems good against the storm decks.

I think dryad arbor is amazing in any Nadu deck becauce if you find a fetch land with any Nadu trigger you get to search for it and trigger Nadu two more times. Infect has played it in the past and its shown to be ok in the deck but now it seems really worth it.

Nadu seems awesome! Got my playset and Im gonna try it next tuesday at my LGS. Also was wondering, with Mardu, Boros and Gruul prowess running rampant after MH3, how good can crusader be ?

If they just ban the equipment that is played with Nadu it's play will drop off quickly as the next best equipment is lighting grieves for 2 mana

It’s only been a couple of weeks so it’s way too soon for that. I’m sure lots of people are brewing up some cool anti-nadu tech right now.

Spellskites seem like doodoo TBH. Shuko possibly doubling your clock for free while comboing with nadu is sick.
I mean, spellskites garuantee triggers when you don't hit shuko, and creates extra value from rotpriest being out as well.
@@edwardcaplen2858 Be realistic. If you have pump spells and rotpriest and you aren't losing the game there are better draws than spellskite. In the 10+ games he just played did he ever say "I wish I would draw spellskite here" ?
@@kevinblackwell4617 I mean, infect is garbage anyway at the moment so whats the harm in testing right? Worst that'll happen is you find put the simic build for the last two years is still the optimal list.
