This is really comforting all things considered. And I can really relate to a big crowd of people overwhelming me. Some days I can deal with it and other days I can’t. I always have to excuse myself to go downstairs or to walk outside the building. Sometimes it gets so bad that I forget to tell anyone and I just immediately run out the door. I figured out it’s called sensitivity overload. We’re all your senses are heightened and everything is just too loud. Today is one of these days where I don’t want to be around a big crowd and this audio really helped me, so thank you 💛
