They are both shameless, now her traitor bff will have a fake marriage to cover up their affair. If he really loves his gf, he will not cheat on her. It good that you have seen the true colors of the two people you trusted most other than your family.

Alfred, the cheater, loses his girl. The BFF that he cheated with goes to America to help the FL overcome her pain and hopefully try to forgive him. Doesn't end that way. Alfred died helping the FL with a case. She ends up with the other guy that's been her support all along. I cried bc Alfred tried in those 2 years to show her his heart but she was hurt. Only after her friend came back and they reconciled did it look promising but, alas, no.

Alfred deserves what he got after cheating on her. The bff doesn’t need to be forgiven, she will betray her again. Alfred is just acting on his guilty conscience that is why he tried to help the FL to atone for his sins. Once the trust is broken , it is hard to mend.
