I think the best possible depiction of wolverine in a spiderman story would be "a night out with wolverine" , it's what the perfect dynamic for them
and then have it rudely interrupted by a villain, have them beat em up then they abruptly go back to their night out

I love that Spider-Carnage design. It looks like the Carnage symbiote is actually acting like the Venom symbiote did with Peter, turning into a costume, while the original had it weirdly only covering his face, shoulders and hands.

imo I like the orange in anti venom due to how menacing and dark it makes him feel. Aunt Man is my favorite redesign honestly. Spider Armor looks so damn clean.

Hey Kai, super excited for the show, you said you wanted some X-Men reading / Watching Recommendations, as a relatively new but still very big fan of the X-Men here is some stories, Runs and Cartoons
Comics:
- God Loves, Man Kills: An original Graphic novel that is one of the most dark and mature X-Men stories. It perfectly shows all the themes of the X-Men and features a lot of their most iconic and best characters. It’s one of the best stand alone X-Men stories.
- Chris Claremont EVERYTHING: Chris Claremont is the most iconic and fan favourite X-Men write, writing the Book for 17 years, he wrote God Loves, Man kills but he wrote some of the most iconic X-Men storylines mostly
• Phoenix / Dark Phoenix Saga: it’s THE X-Men storyline, it’s super important and it’s probably the storyline that is most called back too and referenced in future comic runs and Adaptations. A must read for sure. Make sure to read both the Phoenix and Dark Phoenix saga for the maximum impact of the full story
• Days of Future Past: Classic Storyline again, it’s the introduction to Kitty Pryde (My arguably Favourite X-Men member) and her character gets a really good depiction and the Days of Future past future is a iconic element of the Mythos.
- Grant Morrison Run / New X-Men Volume One “E for Extinction”: my favourite and personal pic for a more modern, Self contained X-Men comic run, it’s a complete saga that takes up one omnibus / Three trades and I love it, it’s very dark and character focused, it does a lot of Cool and Unique stories and has great character moments and basically sets the groundwork for modern X-Men Comics, it was made in the early 2000’s so they are wearing Black leather outfits like the movies which I know can be a turn off but I implore you to give it a shot. I would personally suggest at least reading Dark Phoenix Saga before.
- Modern / Krakoa Era / House of X & Powers of X (HOX & POX): the start of the modern era of X-Men comics, it just jumps straight into this new status quo and gives you this very fresh version of the X-Men, it’s just THE starting point for Current X-Men and while it can be confusing and multifaceted at times, it’s a very cool and solid start and you can Go elsewhere with the Krakoa Era at your Leisure/ want.
Cartoons
Pretty much all of them are great and give great introductions to the X-Men
- X-Men the Animated Series: in the same continuity as Spider-Man TAS and is basically the Batman TAS for X-Men, it’s just a full on classic that creates one of the most definitive depictions of the Team. While a bit dated at times, it nails the character drama and relationships, with great voice acting and proper long term story arcs that makes it much more of a big, continuous story.
- X-Men Evolution: A Younger and Fresh take on the X-Men, like X TAS, it has Quality Writing, Great Voice Cast, Interesting and unique art style, and has that Early 2000’s action cartoon feel. Maybe like how X TAS feels very much dated in the 90’s, this feels very 2000’s but it has a charm. The later seasons are especially great, also my favourite depiction of Wolverine and Rogue. It’s just a really cool, Teen, Highschool Superhero Show that I think you might like the most.
- Wolverine and The X-Men: In very Much a Wolverine show mostly and that is a criticism of the show, but this is my childhood X-Men cartoon and I think it again, great voice cast and acting, great action and cool storylines. It’s Associated with Greg Wisemen of Spectacular Spider-Man and it has some pretty cool writing. Also best version of NightCrawler.
- Marvel Anime: X-Men: My favourite X-Men Adaptation, it captures the tone and characters best for me and again, has great animation, fantastic voice cast (My Favourite Voice Cast) and it’s only 13 episodes and tells a complete story with good balance of the team members but far and above has the best Adaptation of Cyclops, my other favourite X-Man, also Emma frost is great in the series. It’s just solid and criminally underrated

For stuff like the Parker industries story you could have The Watcher do a What If filler episode
There's an issue of Marvel Team Up where Spiderman and Watcher team up to save a drug addict that could be a cool one to adapt

Man's got respect for the Craft and Learning about the Characters
I really adrobe the art style of this spidey cartoon, it gives me similar vibes to something from the late 90s CN era with a lot of characters having very shapey look to them. If that makes any sense, I guess it kinda reminds me of Rise of TMNT for how that show looks and the color pallet of said show reminds me a bit of this. But overall I love what your doing, there is a lot of love being put into this cartoon.

Hey, what happened to his "spiderman is real" comic
I think (personal opinion) it would be better for backgrounds to mostly be a single color. Now this is so you don't have to worry about spending all this time on backgrounds. And I think there should, only be some minute details, and special parts of the background shown. This will give your show tons of style and uniqueness which it is already spewing out. Its just an Idea but I think if you read this, you should take this into consideration. I'm mainly saying this because I think it really fits your show, and I truly despise the gmod background's, so yeah there's an idea.

People have already mentioned X-Men TAS (I need to watch that show myself tbh) so I want to mention Wolverine and The X-Men. Storywise it’s not very comic accurate, but I think it nails the characters and their dynamics really well.

You should make Aaron Davis’s prowler a villain for an older Spider-Man in the show. Also it could be really interesting to give the 2nd Prowler shockwave abilities.

VA recommendation you won't read: Synth Voice Network is perfect as Ben Reilly's voicd.
Not only has he been doing a lot of voice-overs including him, but you would probably make a lot of people happy if you get him to voice Ben.
(I forgot if you said if you will include him but I'm gonna pretend you did)
Oh, um, iirc, Synth uses she/her pronouns.
Logically, Kai should voice Ben. But, I think Synth is a great casting for Ben.

You should add spider bite, (this one kid with cancer from a Spider-Man comic) and make him be voiced by a kid, it would be super funny hearing him scream. And also, it would be cool if you made his suit look like the spider clan suit.
I wanna say, I have an idea for the series, it would be cool if season 1, or the series as a whole ended with a yellow portal appearing: I.A. O'Hara's Portal. (or blue).
