ZX Spectrum 48K (Issue 2) Upper memory and keyboard membrane fixes needed

Opening up my ZX Spectrum 48K rubber key Issue 2 to find the keyboard membrane decayed and snapped.
Testing boot up to find a black screen with a white boarder that starts to present the loading screen! Note: No loading anything, it just starts to happen a few seconds after the black screen boots up. This points to an upper memory issue.
