    I bought the same oil catch pan, but I don't have a concrete pad just gravel. So I replaced the back wheels trying lawn mower wheels but they kept getting stuck as well. Than opted to try 6" air tires and rims from Harbor freight and 3" casters for the fronts. NOW it goes anywhere. Grass, dirt, mud, rocks anywhere. Just like a kids little red wagon with air tires.

      @@bradgifford3122 I solved that predicament as well . I put a 1/2" ball valve and 1/2" dia 12" L copper tube on the end. Didn't have any stainless. Worked with what I got.

    When orings used like that one, use rtv silicon on it, especially when coolant is involved, silicone hills gaps n sticks it in. Works good on weather strip also, not impossible to remove!! Keep on keeping on

    I’m getting ready to do the clutch on my 2755 it’ll be the 4th one in about 20 years of owning it I’ve had that tractor all torn many times over the years one thing I learned when you go to split that tractor LEAVE THE LOADER ON!! makes the job easier sounds backwards but trust me the loader perfectly balances the front end of the tractor and it’s not really in the way of anything you need to get to in order to split it and do the clutch

    Are you missing the cab filter? Looked like corn leaves from shredding. We had a white board in the shop ad would list all the "when we get time" projects on it so in the winter when all the equipment was brought in for maintenance we would remember the little problems that would crop up during the year.

    I just use a paint pen and write on the filter the month and year and hours it was changed. Then you can just look at the filter and know when it was done.

    Those loaders are so EASY and quick to remove and re-attach , you should take it off more often as it takes ALOT of weight off your front end , and hence wear and tear on front end when doing field work, eg: stalk shredding !! ....its alot easier than rebuilding your front end bushes ,,,, ask me how I know !!!....just a suggestion :)

    • @DuffyAg
      @DuffyAg  Před 7 měsíci

      That makes alot of sense so when I need to push a tree out of the field or moving something as I'm stalk shredding I'll just come back another time with the loader on... pretty much all this tractor does is loader work so taking it off would be pointless

    I quit using rotella 15/40 years ago. I had a tractor serviced while it was in the shop and it was running when we noticed the filter hadn’t been changed. Things happen! It hadn’t been running maybe 10 min. They pulled the plug and that shit ran out like water. It wasn’t even up to operating temp because I looked. I’m not saying it’s a bad oil, it’s just not for me. Switched to a 15/50 from another brand and have t used anything since. I also haven’t had to overhaul an engine since that happened back in 2008. Imagine that.
