When she was asked to tell about her Dad and she said 'hmmmm.... which one?' Wow! That hit me in a powerful way that God is my 'Dad'... I knew this already but something in the way she said it brought a greater revelation of God as my Father (Dad)
I am resonating with so many things said in this interview that I'm literally going to listen to it again with pen and paper in hand and be ready to stop when the Holy Spirit wants me to check my heart on some of the things shared by Lisa. I'm praying that God would bring Lisa & Missy a man that would call them "his girls" and travel this life with them. Thank you David for uploading interview. Uplifting sharing from Lisa, as usual, but I wish she spoke louder for us hard of hearing who listen mainly via Bluetooth in our cell phones.
I listen to it and cry. It may be off-topic, but I cry because I don't understand how God can punish people who love him so much. It's not the first time I've heard and seen women who have been praising God all their lives are single... they have no husband in this earthly life... and I'm sure they prayed every day for it, but God didn't give it to them. I cry. It hurts me because I am afraid of such a fate. I don't want such a fate. Maybe God will punish me for this. But this is my biggest fear. Not to know human love. Am I bad? I can't stop crying. This is a terrible punishment for a person who has a desire in his heart. I don't understand how God can put this desire in a person's heart and not fulfill his plan. I don't understand.
I've heard other 'parts' of Lisa's story, where she shares her thankfulness to her HEAVENLY FATHER who protected her from the 'abusive type of man' she seemed to be attracted to.... because of her history suffering abuse...
BUT....that's Lisa's story... Please don't cry over what may not be God's Plan for YOUR life... He is a loving God ...who created us according to His Plan and Purpose...He is The One who gives us our character, our skills, even creates our dreams and hopes....IF we desire Him above everything...
Ask Him to be number 1 in your life... then trust Him.. never settle for second best...
Psalm 37 promises us that, if you trust Him, He will give you the desires of your heart.
Lisa challenged me in tgis interview..she said, Missy brings me joy BUT, Jesus IS MY JOY.'. If you put God first in your life He will NEVER disappoint you....God bless you.
She'll baptize you in the name of the FATHER and the SON & The HOLY GHOST... ........AMEN
