Custard Bread Rolls recipe | How to make soft and fluffy Custard Rolls [ASMR]

Classic Vanilla Custard Bread Rolls are super soft and creamy. Easy buns for breakfast as well as dinner.

Ingredients: for 12-14 custard rolls
Custard:
2 egg yolks
40g sugar
20g cornstarch
170g milk
2g vanilla extract
8g unsalted butter
Bread:
285g bread flour
15g dry milk
50g sugar
5g instant yeast
20g lukewarm water
2g lemon juice
140g milk (room temperature)
1 egg (use half for the dough)
20g unsalted butter (room temperature)
Salt
Sliced almonds on top

1/3 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 1/8 cup bread flour
2 tbsp dry milk
4 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 1/3 tbsp lukewarm water
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup milk (room temperature)
1 egg (use half for the dough)
1 1/3 tbsp unsalted butter (room temperature)
Salt
Sliced almonds on top
