i had heart surgery ( new aortic valve) and i was recommended to do cardio conditioning. i saw you guys here on youtube and started skipping rope and doing pushups about a year ago. i do just about 15 minutes of skipping push upsevery day..........and i have never in my life been in better shape. i can do sparring (boxing) for six rounds no problem. so yeah, skipping rope is awesome:)

Starting my jump roping journey today. I’m 23 and need to lose probably well over 100lbs(I’m scared to look at a scale honestly). I’ve been binging this channel and it’s inspired me to finally get rid of this annoying gut and live healthier!

any move you can do that's intense and gasses you out quick, even if its just regular bounce, you can go hard and get a great workout
