I have purchased this on launch day, after 3 day of use my opinion is if you want for calling purpose go for it, battery is awesome (after 3 day use still more than 65℅ battery of case, build quality of buds is also good, I accidentally drop one of bud but there is no internal damage nor external damage I don't use it for gaming nor I am music freak so i don't know.

Call quality is good. The opposite person didn't complain about not hearing properly, except when I used under a full helmet, where the opposite person could hear with difficulty

I have an issue please help if someone can.
When i watch a movie or use insta or play any video while being on call. The volume of the video gets highly deteriorated. Only dialogues can be heard and other bg music like sound of rain or people walking just cannot be heard. It's a very strange problem. But since i watch movies while also being on a video call (we mute the video call to watch the movie together). It's a huge problem for me.. if anyone has any idea to solve it. Please help
Bro! this problem is not related to your TWS if your are saying that yoy watch movies with friends via google meet or any screen sharing app bro the first think is you have to go to the website permission and have to disable the allowance of mic! i also watch netflix with my friends and faced the same problem and finally i have figured it out by myself!! you just dont have to permit the use of microphone!

The Volume control issue has nothing to do with the earbuds itself. Update the phone firmware or use another phone (preferably recent launched) and you'll see the difference 📈
Had same issue with Dizo Wireless Dash 👈 volume control of neckband and phone are seperate in my Narzo 30 but no issues with Redmi Note 8 pro.
@@aj0425 cheaper/newer brands tends to have such issues due to less consumer coverage...they need time for R&D

Ye volume wala point phone to phone depend karta hai. Maine personally volume check kara hai and it works perfectly on my phone. Whenever the volume goes down on the headphone, phone me bhi neeche chala jata hai and vice versa.
