Bro the amount of caffeine overuse is beyond me. I did the same, popping Ibuprofens and drinking coffee etc. until I just couldn't feel awake anymore. I strictly underwent a absolute 0 Caffeine Diet and the first few days were hell, but after like 2 weeks your rythm slowly comes back and I felt SO much more concentrated and awake without being on caffeine. It still is a drug and has to be dealt with caution.
