EASY Smoked Spiral Ham | Weber Kettle | Uncle Steve's Shake

  • Cooked up an amazing spiral ham today on my Weber Kettle 26!
    Ingredients:
    - Spiral ham
    - Apple Jelly
    - BBQ Sauce
    - Your favorite rub
    Directions:
    - Heat up grill/smoker to 250F
    - Coat ham lightly with your favorite BBQ rub
    - Place ham on wired rack, then place rack on grill grates
    - Check on ham until the internal temp is 120F
    - Mix 1 part apple jelly with 1 part of your fav BBQ sauce on stove until it liquefies.
    - Apply glaze to ham
    - Continue to cook ham until internal temp is 140F
    - Slice and enjoy!
