Howick Sands - May 2023. Northumberland's Stunning Coastline Part 19.

Howick Sands is a beautiful beach located in Northumberland, England. The beach is known for its golden sand, clear waters, and stunning views of the North Sea. In addition, the beach is home to the historic Howick bathing house, which is an iconic landmark of the area. The Howick bathing house is a Grade II listed building that dates back to the 18th century. It was built as a private bathing house for the Lords Grey of Howick, who owned the surrounding estate. The building consists of changing rooms, a small heated pool, and a cold plunge pool. The interior of the building features original tiles, wooden lockers, and benches.
