I went there in April and stayed at sunrise homestay. The rooms were just newly whitewashed and not wooden walled. I was fortunate to see the mighty Kangchenjungha as soon as the dawn broke out.

No..you have to walk a little height till sunrise homestay..and when you have aged person..no issues..if u requ, car can drop you a certain distance towards there from other way..

No cars can't go till sunrise homestay..and you have to walk Max 300-400 m uphills..
