Question. Looks like a great product, but the demonstration causes my to ask, what is the degradation of the "bonding" so to speak between the multiple beams when the drilling debris falls between each of the individual components (individual LVLs), causing some amount of air gap between each component, rather than a smooth clean face between each beam. Seems the best way to do this is still to predrill (a pilot hole first), then let the screw do the sizing with minimum debris contaminating the joining of all LVL surfaces.
