Back years ago, I started with the 16 x 20 and also got the round bag platton and the sleeve platton. I also got a hat press. The 16 x 20 press still looks like it just came out of the box. It came mounted on a plywood base for me because I needed it set up for mobility. I wrote down the time and temp of the various types I would be pressing on the plywood base. A puff print is not the same as cut vinyl and I wanted a quick reference. My cutter is the Cam 24 that included the Cam Studio. Then later I picked up a more expensive 24 inch cutter with a print-master system. I am 52 and long retired but am thinking about unwrapping it all and setting up to sell online. Virgina T's was near my store so I used them. My press is about 10 years old and white. Never regretted buying it.

Hey there blessings to you and your family! I'm so glad to have crossed your video! I've had my heat press for almost a year! I bought it off Ebay! It's a 12by12 iron tho!! I have not used it at all! I'm new to wanting to get into this t-shirt business, but I have no idea what I'm doing! I reached out to a company and had a few shirts made, but I realized I'm loosing out big time if I have to ship the shirts! I need to grabs this concept so I can finally fulfill my dreams! My problem is I'm not technical as far as using a computer! I barely know how to use a phone! This video is exactly what I need to help me finally get motivated to start my buisness! It does not come with the press, however we offer package deals on equipment.
I just ordered a heat presser but I'm wanting to make custom T-shirts. What else do I need to make custom T-shirts besides the heat presser?
You will need to decide what kind of transfers you would like to offer your customers. Many people cut their own heat transfers with a vinyl cutter and rolls of heat transfer vinyl. Another option is offering screen printed transfers. I suggest watching more of our videos to see what products we offer.
hi, i want to make mouse pad,the paper i have bought peels off afterwards so leaves an edge that needs to be cut but can i get paper that just leaves the print on the pad without having to cut after? thanks
Cut the paper before applying or perhaps resize your artwork.

As long as you have the right materials and equipment you can start printing t-shirts. Some have made a simple start by offering shirts to family and friends and let evolve from there. This is very interesting and informative to what I am about to start. I was into successful home t-shirt printing business 30 years ago, using technical drawing pen sets for my designs. T-shirt design printings finish, had to be send overseas for printings of my t-shirt quantities order. My business faded out when the economy crashed. T-shirt printings is always my passion . I am now living in Australia for the last 16 years with my family.
