It says that Security Update for Windows (KB30339329) is already installed on this computer. But I still get the Kernel32.dll error. And I even already manually put a kernel32.dll file to my systemwow64 folder. Weird..

Why is your OS 32-bit when your CPU is 64bit architecture? You notice because you're running a 32bit OS you only have 4GB of your 16GB of memory available? Install the right OS and your computer will run much much faster and more efficient.
