- Taking on The UK's Biggest Mixed Grill Challenge at The George Pub and Grill, in Stockton-on-Tees...Many have tried but none have succeeded in conquering this 9,000 calorie, 10lb feast! I had 45 minutes to complete the challenge.
The meal consists of:
Two 10oz steaks, two chicken breasts, six sausages, six bacon, one half pound burger, two pounds of chips, twelve onion rings, six black pudding, two eggs, piri piri chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw.

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

No, this was better. No clickbaiting and shoving cameras in peoples faces. He's gotten comfortable doing that shit and taking on massive 1/2 lb burger challenges in bumfuck, Missouri where they have 34 customers a year.

I'm going back and watching these old ones. It's amazing how you find a channel you love and then go back and see the differences. Not only can 2021 Adam kick 2016 Adam's ass (I really think you should go back and redo some of these and get better times!), but you really grew this channel into something special. The back of the ribs is suppose to be removed before cooking. The entire spread looked delicious. Well done, Beard!
I was deeply disappointed in seeing him break the ribs and seeing that back membrane peel off like a tarp! The Beard is a champ for getting that crap down!

It's funny, I've watched enough of Adam's videos now to be able to tell if he can finish challenges. Just by the amount I can usually tell if he will finish them.
In the US, cole slaw is a side dish... maybe just a US v UK English thing. I'm watching this 7 years later, and you have really gotten your technique down so much since this one.

You eat for a living and so far you don't like.
Fries, mushrooms, coleslaw, Brussel sprouts &few others .. isn't it hard to compete when you don't like that many things that are on most meals and challenges? No one else who competes in food challenges has any dislikes on foods like you. Oddly alot of those items are in a lot of your challenges.
But.. You're definitely my current 2022 number 1. Thank you for great food challenges 😀
I'm so curious ha.. What are your go to meals on normal days? You indulge in sweet and savory stuff during challenges, what do you crave normally?
Regular days I eat really big salads, lean protein, lots of fruit veggies etc
