Does the wool not come out from the fabric?

Nope! Once you felt it in there it's in there pretty good. In the beginning stages you can correct your work and pull out wool that you just tacked down - which is great when you are learning. But it takes a bit of force to pull out the wool once you are finished. It's a wall hanging so the wool won't just fall out while it's hanging there.
