Today on Tradition in the Kitchen we make noodle kugel! Noodle kugel has been a beloved recipe within my family for generations. My mom has adapted and combined several different family recipes to come up with this delicious variation. The Roma people call it, Perogo and it's basically the same recipe but without sour cream instead softened cream cheese, and extra eggs. I'm looking for a recipe that would make it rise a little higher and not be so dense and flat. Should I use extra eggs or canned milk or cream to make it soft and fluffy? Thank you.

You said Kugel was brought to US from Europe over 800 years ago. 2023 - 800 years = 1283. That's about 200 years before Columbus landed in US. 😢
