It's a great victory for New Jersey at-large and for Warren County. The proliferation of warehouses throughout rural and suburban New Jersey is a true problem. Most of the push for warehouse development seems to come from businesses outside of the state, such as this development company, that don't care about the conditions of the local communities and their impact on the state. Maybe this will send a message and slow down the near continual destruction of open meadows and forests in New Jersey. I'm thankful the Murphy Administration saw fit to intervene and purchase the property for it's current and future preservation.
