Keep up the videos my dude. I have a Toyota corolla apex XSE and with a stock exhaust. It honestly sounds really good but I’m totally considering this exhaust !

I have the same catback on my '22 Corolla SE. I also installed a K&N Typhoon CAI and the two together really make the engine sound fantastic. I like your build man. That rear diffuser looks great. The E210 sedan is underrated IMHO.
I have a K&N as well and I was debating on getting the catback. Just the intake alone it sounds really nice.

Hey does the exaust make any power diff at all?
@@michaelallen2221 Probably. But not enough that you would be able to feel it with your butt dyno. You need to modify the whole exhaust and intake system and get a tune to get any significant gain.
Thanks for reply guys. Yeah im pretty critical so i will probably notice if it helps. In theory it shld help. These cars already kimda have a factory cold air intake. As the intake is in grill. Not low like a real one but still is clean non warm air. I put a k and n in it and runnin her dry!! Will take battery terminal off to reset computer. Running 91 no ethanol fuel too. Hopefully she sounds and performs a hair better as im paying alot for the dang borla exaust!

@@nathannicanor6788 No need for a tune at all! Although I'm sure a tune would make things a little bit more fun but it was a simple bolt on system and then you go zoom haha!

You should, just not with an aftermarket intake like the K&N one I installed
Not sure if you actually need to know what your doing to do custom exhaust you can always tell the people that work there what kinda sound you want and they can make one for you based on that

No it is not illegal. Borla and other exhaust companies have to be within a certain decible range in order for them to be sold. If you go to a custom muffler shop and get custom work done, you may run the risk of it being too loud. Buying Pre-Set exhaust systems, most times you dont have to worry
Yeah im kinda concerned too, California is quite strict on car noise but I want to make the driving experience more fun... As long is not louder than 95 db.
@@JulesJules707You've got nothing to worry about my dude. It wouldn't be able to be sold in CA if it didn't meet the requirements. However if you choose to do other things to make it louder than what the exhaust makes it, then that's where you've got to be careful.

@rosscustom I finally installed the exaust and oh boy it is a much better experience driving. Cannot drive on normal CVT mode tho, I now drive manual mode with the paddle shifters, a totally new experience. It even crackles and pops when I downshift!
