Legacy Lesson: Yesterday and Tomorrow

In honor of our Legacy-themed conference, hear from leaders within our community to share their journey and one or two lessons learned that have helped their career. Beverly Anderson shares her thoughts on her background, the progression of her career, her views on leadership, and why the credit union mission is the ideal intersection of her passion for providing economic access to others and helping people achieve financial freedom. In December 2022, Beverly took the reins of the Washington state based credit union. BECU currently holds $28.8 billion in assets and serves 1.4 million members.
