@@Chris-br6xgAs long as no one in your team is a raw damage dealer or has warmaster, whenever the twins hits aox, he will extend geos burn, making it an easy kill. Twins only cleanse when getting physically hit for big damage. Pair with some support champs, and you have yourself a great fast team.

I was a bit like you, Ash: although I was aware of him, as I had heard about him from - brace yourself for this , Ash; like Aox, this may come as a shock to you - other CCs! I know, they exist right!?! Anyhoo, my excuse for not building him is... it took me 5-yrs to pull him!

Know what would be good? A re-cap of all the champions champions that have been buffed or nerfed and how they fared afterwards.
I think before madman and corpulent only siphi was nerfed and players were so pissed they never nerfed a leggo

11:18 Solo yes, but the sad part is just use the rings from CVC, 5% shield and that def helps getting past this set, thanks Ash cheers. Did the same last rotation with the Bommal-Lady Annabelle resto/Immo set, kinda nice you can cheese some of these fights but you have to switch gear.
Using bloodshield rings is counterintuitive for this strategy. You want Aox taking hits to extend the poisons on Scarab because Aox doesnt hit hard enough or have destroy max hp, so you dont want him shielded unless you want the fight to go on for a really long time.
I used Aox to take down Scarab in the City, was not bad at all, it could do it solo but i added a level 1 champion with HP aura. About suggestions for a game, one that i fell in love with was STRAY, is a relative short game unless you want to explore everything in the small city, it has a lot of action just be aware that the ending may break your heart

Ooh, if you like metroidvania games there’s another fun one you can get on the Switch (and other platforms) called Carrion. It’s a reverse horror where you’re the amorphous blob monster, nomming on tasty, tasty humans.
I LOVE my Aox. He was a major part of my early Clan Boss teams, and so handy for the Scarab King. Especially when paired with another poisoner. Used him with two Delaajas for Sintranos Scarabs this rotation. Really nice to fill the buff/debuff bar with poisons that pretty much never expire.

Before I had a lot of gear and heros built out, I used Aox with another poisoner like kael and other heroes to do the mid to high level clan quests where you need to kill the boss with 10 debuffs. It works very well since some of my heros that threw out buffs didn't have enough spd or cooldown to cycle fast enough to get 10 debuffs before the boss takes his turns.
It brings me joy to know i've been playing this for a month, Aox was my first epic, and I built him the exact way you did.
Hey, I love your videos, and I was just curious. Would it not be a good idea to use a toxic set in this particular situation? Since it would give the opportunity to apply more poisons?
I used Aox on my killable Clan Boss team for well over 2 years. He pairs well with Geo on Iron Twins too.

Another insanely fun Switch game if you can find it, 'Warhammer 40,000: Shootas, Blood and Teef'
A fun little run-and-gun platformer. Has a 2 player mode for both the main campaign + up to 4 player vs. mode. Oh, and friendly fire is absolutely a thing!
...will probably also send you down the 40k rabbit hole, but, you'll absolutely thank me later for that ;-)
Am definitely going to keep an eye out for this champ!
Haven't pulled him yet, (only have maybe a dozen epics total so far), but that was hilarious watching him solo Scarab King!

I've used Aox in Iron twins pretty much since the content came out. I don't bother with decrease speed, keep buffing up, and all the boss's attacks just extend geos burn on him, keeping geos passive damage flowing.

I did the Rathalos/Forge Pass set and didn't get the ring, amulet, and banner like they said they'd give. As great as the Rathalos gear goes I don't know what to think about it. (I haven't used any of the gear I've forged yet, but the stats and the bonuses seem cool). How the heck do I contact them about this?
Also, I got Justiciar before the clan mission to fuse him and I can't progress on those missions because of that.
How are you able to switch between Defense and Support Masteries? Aren't you only allowed to choose one or the other?

building aox and venomage right now for this exact reason. looking at those top teams is sometimes really annoying where it's all just filled up with one champion though. i feel like they should also show a most used champion list so if you don't have that 1 champion you can still see often used champions to get some ideas of how most people are beating some of those stages.

I have had Aox since the first month I started playing. Used him early and hes been vaulted since. Over the course of the last 2 years, I have pulled enough dupes to fully book him. Just 6starred him and he's found places in a few teams

Before I had a Fu Myth team, even before I had Vivier or a Maneater, Aox alone gave me my first one key UNM team. He's criminally underrated.
Do you remember the full team you had him on for the 1 key UNM?
@@Slipzor2088 It was so long ago, I don't remember. Aox was there to extend all the poisons, which I lacked. And his atk down and healing was vital. Don't remember the rest of the team though. It was overtuned for the day - I think Venus was debuff and Draco was damage. Not 100% sure, and no way I'd recall the builds. Sorry!
I can't be the only person who runs Aox with Venomage. Never heard anyone talk about their synergy.

Aox is so awesome in Scarab with a poisoner, like Toragi. Poisons like crazy and Aox will extend them for days and days.
I have aox, I used toxic gear to increase heals, he pairs perfectly with geomancer vs. Iron twins
I'm a newer player lvl 46 rn I got frenzi the cackler a little while back and she's been one of my main damage dealers for a while now I don't see much about her or see many ppl use her but she has pretty good ratings I'm sure you could make her insane lol

Duuuude! Aox is the first epic I got from shards and I use him all over the game! He always brings his A game, heals, poison, decrease attack, extend debuffs, man he does so much in one champ!

I actually love that you have a piecemeal gear no masteries and such... I think this is more reflective of how the everyday player is gonna start out using a champ we can't afford to realign every gear set we have for the new 6 star we just got....

"Help me Ash!" Just pulled Countess Lix and can't find a current guide for her. Most are 2 years old and she is paired with Astralon (which I don't have) and aren't relevant with the new content. Is she worth the resources and does she pair with any of the new champions like Emic or Rathalos.
You want to read a great book, try “The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian” by Sherman Alexie its a Great coming of age from a First Nations perspective. The follow up book was Tonto vs the Lone Ranger fist fight in heaven, which was made into the movie Smoke Signals with Adam Beach.

Hey Ash, Do a video with Siegfrund against Amius. Both of Amius' A3s change Mythical forms which allows you to use Siegfrund's cleanse and revive. I didn't like Siegfrund but against Amius he was clutch.

AOX went from my Nightmare Not Unkillable to my Ultra Nightmare Unkillable... He/she is Ridiculous as the Stun target... My Clan found it funny because AOX is only Lvl 40. Eventually switched when I picked up Skull Crusher
