Watched this one live and even though you went 0-10 here I just have to say the fact you held out as long as you did against akashirobo in some of these matches is a feat in itself. Extremely impressive gameplay from both of you!
i remember watching sq1 last year thinking that no one would ever get close to kazu only to see them get beaten by akashirobo pretty convincingly. kind of puts things into perspective about how good these guys are who are playing at the highest level. thanks for uploading and competing doremy, you've always been my favourite player to watch

doremy and I are also both controller players who made top 8 at this event lol, its not a handicap or anything, its just a minority playstyle cause kb is just more popular. if you want something really impressive though, kazu uses the STICK of the controller instead of buttons like a normal person ;-;

I was wondering how the first match went after seeing the bracket, Doremy is no pushover! But getting the first match against to yet-to-be world champ... Unfortunate in a way, but also understandable and maybe a little neat? Idk lol, never been in that kind of situation. I haven't even started yet but I already know it will be fun to watch, no matter the outcomes. The score may be for the bracket, but the matches themselves are always a blast to enjoy regardless. And the display of skill is always very impressive at this level, keeps me on the edge of my seat

Lag I think, he probably didn't initially rotate the S piece.
@@ScottobozoGD after figuring out how the game works, Akashirobo held the button, but since it couldnt spawn IRSed, it spawned normally. Due to the lag tho, it looked like it stayed stuck for a while, but on their screen, it just didn't spawn IRSed.
