Now THIS Snow White is a badass. She was so awesome with this young man, and even went on the ride with him!!!!! This is the first time I have seen that, and I developed instant mad respect for her.

Filmic Light he seems was doing good not getting upset with the noise to much sensory input around him I feel bad for him because he can not talk did you try a talking machine with him he can talk that way did you see that movie sonrise it's a movie about a kid with autism and got better so this ride or place closed I am sorry that happened I think the world is getting worse now because of the places closes down I would like everything go back to normal again reopen all the stores had closed and fun parks

Very sweet that WDW and characters treat everyone with dignity. Having a nephew with autism and working with special needs children, I appreciate Disney for the extra magic they give to families.

the magic these performers can create are nothing less than spectacular. I could never get tired of seeing their eyes light up with their genuine smile. It don't matter how old you get, Gaston, Snow White, Santa, Peter Rabbit, etc never gets old.
These character actors are truly amazing in the things they do.
Disney always use to let their characters roam the park, and ride rides. But that all stopped when people complained because they couldn't get a picture with them, or they couldn't get their autograph. So now you have meet and greets and you don't see any characters roam the park, it kinda ruins the Magic. Because of that this ride will be transformed into a Princess Hall seeing all the princesses at once.
I think it would be more magical turning a corner in the park and seeing a character!
I miss the atmosphere characters 💔 So magical seeing them just walking around their home!

That was very sweet. I an so glad his day was made. It may seem like a small gesture but Disney is all about making dreams come true. I am so glad that Ben got this chance because it is a rare thing for a character to ride a ride these days.
I started crying :'( It just makes me so sad :( This is why I love Disney so much. I'm very emotional, mostly because of how Ben looks at Snow White, with so much innocence and wonder. I really miss my youth and would do anything to feel like that again. No worries.
Goin on a ride in Disneyland with the main character from that actual ride..... dude.... that is amazing. I’m so happy for this boy.

I am so sad it closed. This was my favorite ride at WDW. But I am excited to go on the newer ride in 2014. This boy is soooo lucky to be able to ride his favorite ride with Snow White... Snow White is also my favorite Disney Princess too. So happy for Him!!! Thanks for posting!!!

Believe it or not, I am living with autism spectrum disorder, and to see your son, Ben get to have the final ride on Snow White's Scary Adventures WITH Snow White is a story that Ben will probably be talking about for the rest of his life.
I see things like this, and it makes me proud of being a Disney Lover.
And Really, It couldn`t happen to a more deserving person and family.

She actually saw Ben again recently and was so happy to see him. So beyond sweet!

Amazing great video, We were there in April 2012 last.
This sure says a lot for the employees and guest at Disney . First that Snow White was able to take that much time with him, and able to get on the ride with him, plus the people in line, I think realized what the situation was and didn't care they were "treating" him, then they all applauded when he got off the ride with her. Plus went back and took pictures with Ben. Even if he may not be able to remember this, at least the parents will have wonderful memories on video!!
Ben is an absolute inspiration to this character and l really hope that Ben can meet Snow White again one day

I volunteer to work with kids with special needs every week and I'm aspiring to be a special ed teacher and moments like these make me :') . Ben deserved it and I have a new respect for Disney

Sometimes, I dream about having "private time" with the characters myself, and then I see a video like this, and this puts it all in perspective. Characters should be shared with others, and those with special needs like your Ben require more attention than "people like me". I am certain that Ben will have pleasant dreams with Snow White.
The people that dress up as characters at Disney world just become the characters and that's why I enjoy Disney world but I like to go to conventions cause of crowds and kids but memories last forever

Disney try's to make every one happy all the time I went a month ago and I'm still getting mail saying thanks for coming and they also try to keep the whole place magical for kids like when the Peter Pan ride broke they said that the fairy dust was gone in stead of just saying it was broke down. Disney World really is the happiest place on earth.

Ben is a doppelganger for my son who is also in love with Snow White. It is really uncanny how much they look alike, have the same mannerisms, and the same reactions to her. Dave is devastated that this ride closed.

Awwww he was so happy!! It made me smile watching him on this. XD I'd have tried to get on it with them... lol Maybe not with Snow too, but later in the day, I would have started talking to them in line while waiting and told them about the two things i have similarly in common with their son... XD I'm not one of the ones that does some of the same mannerisms, but I was diagnosed with Asperger's/Autism at a young age, and I'd have had a blast talking to him about Snow White! :) It's just such a beautifully done movie and the original ride was so much fun... I'm gonna miss it forever. Don't think I'll ever like the replacement. I think a lot of autists have fears that they won't step over and one of mine is roller coasters. :(

Disneyland. Walt personally oversaw the construction of DL and only DL. Even then, it tripled in size in 2001.
I always have the same dream of me going on rides (like Snow White's Scary Adventures, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, Alice in Wonderland, Space Mountain, Indiana Jones Adventure, It's a Small World, Pinocchio's Daring Journey, Matterhorn Bobsleds, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad) with Snow White at Disneyland!
