Great to have Louis back on
Can someone just tell me if he admits to being a serial unzipper? cause if not, I can't watch this
Yo! Why THE FUCK DID YOU END THE KILLER INTROS?
I aint gonna lie, Louie calling out our boy Andrew for sounding dumb when he was trying to be brilliant like he always does was HILARIOUS
Louis the real goat
Waluigi cant be in the same room as Louis
That's a solid name
Yeah Schulz constantly tries to pass for smarter than he actually is. And he misses so many times when he tries that. Just stick to what you know no need to "invent" light sailing again.
Id rather a lie than some bullshit. it was dick measuring, that wasnt comedy
Holy shit, this shows the levels of comedy.
Louis makes these guys look like they're just crackin fart jokes, what a masterclass.
Not even just comedy. Louis just ignored the narcissistic projection that people like Schulz have about themselves @ 54:12
It's like when Bill Burr checked Rogan for calling advertisements during football games "gross" as if Joe didn't have ad reads on his podcast.
"i dont even care what you think you know" perfect reaction to these clowns....Akaash seems cool and funny though.
Louie went around doing this to a lot of the Rogan sycophants, too. Whenever Louis CK and Bill Burr show up on these podcasts you just see such a big difference. I don't know if it's cause these guys come from podcasting or not - you have people like Shane Gillis who seem to fit in a bit better with the older guys but the likes of Schultz and some of Rogan's guys like Kreishner just seem cut from a lesser cloth
@@robc5051 it's weird we live in an age where we analyze people we don't know more than we do our own friends. and that's me talking about myself. i used to think about my friends a lot more than podcasters, once upon a time.
This was a disaster. Wasted my time, and obviously wasted Louis' time. Should have been called "Sitting down with 15 year olds."
I met Louie a while back in Maryland. Cool dude told him how much I respect him as a comedian. And that there's still real fans of his out here supporting him. He thanked me and said he needed to hear that. After the show he walked over and tapped my shoulder and said thank you again. My wife was like what was that about. I told her the story and she was like he knighted you. I was like fuck yeah.
Ever single time Louie comes up in any way, all I ever think about is hoping I cross his path some day so I can tell him the exact same thing. Its become important to me, like some bucket-list shit.
Add sir as your title!
thats one hell of a story man, salute
Thank you for doing that, man. I feel like people like you have given him the strength to come back. Thanks dude.
This never happened
The juxtaposition of calm, thoughtful, self-awareness vs anxious, over the top, exaggerated self-importance is fascinating to watch.
Not really, one is just loud and excited and the other is quite. Its amazing how nowadays we mystify people that are quite as thoughtful and self aware.
The point Louis makes about how science is about criticism is spot on
yeah i remember learning that in elementary school but i guess there were a lot of people accross the country that were sick that day 🤷♂️
Earth being the center of the universe was scientific fact for thousands of years.
@@tukos7370 What we call science emerged in the 1500s, before you didn't really have a systematic empirical investigation of natural phenomena. Watching Louie and Andrew’s HUGE egos compete with each other throughout this whole episode is hilarious.
Hilariously
Andrew is like the rookie trying to show up the championship veteran on the court lol. He tried but at the end, the GOAT is the GOAT.
Really? I think it's hard to watch when Andrew’s like this. It doesn't bring out the best of the guest either.
Feels like Louis mad
This is so awkward
Louis is untouchable. He creates tension like no other comedian.
bill burr is up there with him side by side
IMO Bill Burr got stale with his last special. He relies too much on being the angry guy from Boston. Louis can do just about anything.@@haseebaminmalik
Andrew Schulz reminds me of talking to my son and his 16 year old friends about life
Andrew is a very good comedian and I mean this in the most respectful way possible, but when he’s sitting next to Louis you see there’s levels to this and Louis is on a whole different level
Agreed
💯
Louis needs to go on Rogan next
I never got Louis. He’s funny in a way, but not laugh out loud. Schulz makes me keel over laughing. Norm pops into my head every day. Louis I can barely get through the special & I wish I could get what everyone seems to get

I'm so happy that we still have Louis Ck . Dude's a legend and have so many stories to tell
The best part of this podcast is Louie intentionally giving Akash praise to piss off Andrew
"i dont even care what you think you know" perfect reaction to these clowns....Akaash seems cool and funny though.
It took 30 minutes for them to realise Louis just wanted to have a normal conversation
Exactly, and Louie probably helped when he said, "You're (Schulz) is smarter than he wants to show"
You have to learn to do both. If you want a normal Convo go somewhere else obviously.
The first 30 min was hard but the rest was beautiful

the best part of this podcast was everyone struggling to smoke their cigars.
@ it's joe Rogan fault
And the Indian guy can barely take it 🤣🤣🤣🤣 but acting like he don't mind
You can often tell a novice cigar smoker just by how they hold it. They just can't get comfortable holding it.
Also by the fact they do not have a torch, only bic lighters.
cigars are so cringe now.
@@jay-bg7nq the absolute irony of joe rogan being such a loud voice against cigarettes and calling everyone stupid for smoking them, then falling right into a cigar addiction
One time years ago I was watching Louie on my computer at the Bean in the lower east side, stepped outside to smoke and Louis CK is on a citibike and stops at the light 2ft in front of me. I looks aghast at him and we make eye contact, I say "Louie?!" He looks at me says "Person?!" and rides off. True story, so goddamn funny he is the best comic of all time.

that's so in character for him -- i totally believe it 🤣
My second time watching it. Funny, goofy, emotional, friendly podcast. Love the work Louie is putting out there
love that you're talking business and the process
Andrew Schulz can’t wrap his mind around someone not being a douche bag. It’s hilarious to watch him try and figure out Louis ck.
It's facinating watching two comedians establishing the pecking order in real time with little jabs and prods. Shultz wanna hang, but Louis letting him know he aint a veteran yet. Louis being able to see through shultz jokes and setups then poke holes in his responses to create tension and awkwardness is a masterful skill in comedy.
Schulz is great but Louis is untouchable, even if he's touching himself.
Lol. When Louis tells Akaash, "I don't know you, I don't care about your emotions."
Eh. I think they were all nervous, and they came on way too hard with the jabs and ribbing. Despite Louis being a Boston comic, he’s not like Burr, Patrice or those guys, he’s more reserved and spends more time alone, he doesn’t do the whole, “let’s all get together and rip on each other” thing.
It’s more like, a comedy lightweight (shultz) trying and failing to stand with one of the goats. I like this ep bc it’s just Louis royally shitting on andrew
@@romemakes794 I literally threw my head back with laughter. Good stuff

It's always nice to see a guest who can challenge Andrew's ego and put him in his place
His ego ain’t even that bad, it’s comedy to amp up your ego to bust balls… to joke that you’re better than others because deep down you know we are all equal and it’s funny to act like we aren’t
It was wild how arrogant Andrew came off the first like 20-30 min of this episode. Something about Louie’s poise and brilliance really brought that out of him
What a silly thing to say.
Can't imagine what it'd be like if Bill Burr got on the pod, but I'd totally watch it if he came through Lol

It is amazing to listen to Schultz and CK interact. Knowing there personalities on stage I immediately knew they would be conflicting power battling for off putting dominance. Joe List is really talented off the cuff and his malleable personality and wit made for some awesome "that's how we met" moments lol
The problem with Shultz is that unlike Louis, he spent way too much of his time trying to “change the industry” with self-producing and promoting that should have been spent on his actual comedy.
It’s unfair to compare, Schulz is young. Louis made it kinda older (more baked) although when he was younger everyone around him (Conan, etc.) KNEW he was coming (inevitable.) as Conan said he was ready but the world wasn’t ready (until internet.)
