To be honest, I've seen MANY MANY MANY interviews and talks and teachings by His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of the heavenly realms of Tibet but THIS speech really brings me so much happiness for Him and the Tibetan peoples. Of course much sadness at their tremendous suffering but I feel this speech and award is an acknowledgement that their cause is a JUST and MORAL cause and is a symbol that the world hears their cries. The part that always makes me cry is when His Holiness says he's a simple Buddhist Monk who follows Lord Buddha's noble teachings. Also how he has a dream that a day may come where people all over the world help each other. Such courageous heartfelt words of universal Truth. Long Life Prayer to His Holiness the Dalai Lama of Tibet.
