I aggree with you. The game is running kinda well.
Truthfully it's possible on many different combinations of older hardware. It just takes a lot of optimization for the specific hardware and a good set of development tools. That and wise decisions from the artists. Zelda ToTK is beautiful no matter the old hardware and so was BoTW and it was developed for the Wii U which was much less powerful than the Switch even.
Efficiency and art. That's it in a nutshell.

It's not that I have a problem with these demasters, it's that they charge the exact same price as the ps5 or xbox series x version, same with Doom eternal, Witcher 3, outer worlds, Ark survival, mk 11, and hogwarts legacy
That's not a publisher problem that Nintendo puts out weak hardware

5:02 It looks like it's a bug graphics like textures that haven't been rendered, The same case as Mortal Kombat 1 when it was first released, but now it's been fixed

Yeah, and less frame rate, resolution, texture quality, LOD, Shadows, Post Process effects, tesselation, volumetric cloud, ambient occlusion, depth of field and some other features...
Might actually buy it for my switch, these are the kind of games that I never touch on my pc but somehow I end up enjoying playing on the handheld.
You might as well buy a steam deck

Juegos como wolfstein en switch te dejan claro que si se pusieran las pilas podrían hacer excelentes juegos con grandes gráficos, este biomutant no es el caso pudieron haberlo echo mucho mejor, solo cabe rescatar poder jugarlo de forma portátil.
It actually looks alot better than i thoight it would not bad
to be fair: ps5 still has horrible texture filtering. forcing x16 anisotropic filtering though nvidia control panel on pc makes a MASSIVE difference. I wonder when consoles will actually be able to get better at that

El estudio del port:
- póngale todo al mínimo y nos vamos a casita 😴
exacto el juego se ve mal, solo bajaron todo y no hicieron un buen porteo
incluso me atrevo a decir que podian hacer que corriera a 60 fps por la poca carga grafica que tiene
As usual, I expected this to look and perform way worse than the other console versions, but it looks decent on Switch. But I’ll always choose the console version with the cleaner presentation and better performance over portability.

Nadie espera que en Switch se ve igual que en ps5, es imposible, este tipo de comparativas solo son alimento para los haters, creo que esta bastante bien el juego para ser de Switch y lo mas seguro, como pasa con muchos otros titulos que salen en Switch, ha de mejorar con las actualizaciones.

La realidad que las consolas de nueva generación tienen juegos de vieja generación no son aprovechadas como se debe y viendo el video me quedo con la switch ya que en modo portátil no se nota casi diferencia está terriblemente bien optimizada y no hay como jugar tirado en la cama

This is extremely unnecessary since PS5 is more than 20 times more powerful than Switch, and so much bigger too. People really loves to making Switch look bad. But this doesn't changes the fact that Switch will have +155m sold units before summer 2025.
This actually looks and runs good for Switch, compared with Another Crab's Treasure....which is a very simple game but looks and performs 10.000x worser than this port.
How in the heck does the Switch version look both like a PS2 and PS3 game at the same time.

Hellblade in Switch, whatever in PS5, its a horrible game 4 2024, even 2018.

So that T239 will be downclocked a lot and haircuted some things, like RT cores etc.
Switch 1 Tegra in Shield runs 1Ghz, 300 in Switch undocked... so expecting T239 1/3 of its power minus RT cores.
The grass textures have to be a bug. It can't look this bad!! 😮😮

Y ya viendo el juego no siento que me afecte la vista o me lloren los ojos por las imágenes... además es portátil la de switch:p
cuando vez trabajo como the witcher, nier automata, doom, y muchísimos más que se ven increíbles y luego vez un juego que el original de ps5 ni siquiera supera los gráficos de zelda u otro juego y al pasarlo a swicth parece un juego de móvil, incluso hasta me recordó un juego de n64 o ps1 por verse tan mal, ahí te das cuenta del poco desempeño que tuvieron para portear el juego.
