Your very specific that these procedures are for sm480v/380v models, but is thia not how clean ANY Fieldpiece manifold? Like sman360?

Hi,
My sm480 only goes down to a little below 400mic. However when I hook up other micron gauge its down to 150mic. Obviously my sm480 micron gauge is not accurate. Is there a way to calibrate micron gauge or it is because of sensor contamination and it needs to be clean? My set is brand new but I never had correct vacuum gauge reading on it 😢 it always too hight and jumps up and down
