man you're so talented! And I like your cadence when you explain. It's a good pace. I love the finished product, the story is kinda vague, (though as you said in the beginning, where certain mediums call out more than others to you, I'm sure other aspects of making this piece called out more than developing a story.) But the scenes of the eye being replaced by the shapes made me think that maybe this is a story of someone becoming addicted to card games. It then made me think, I've never heard of someone getting addicted to card games, but I've heard of the tetris syndrome where after playing tetris for a bit, when the person closes their eyes they can't stop seeing a tetris game. I've had it happen to me, and it goes away after a few days. Maybe this is a similar story to the one you made!
Yeah to be honest the desire was more around creating the effect rather than tell too much of a specific story in the final piece, at least in this case. I wasn’t thinking that deep about it BUT going with your theory the suits changing in the eye could be for something like a poker pro, Casino Royale style
