A quick easy fast way to make alot of food at onced used a skillet spray with cooking spray with unsalted butter about 1 tbs melted in pan add in ground mild breakfast sausage then in a separate bowl still together 5 or 7 eggs with a spoonful of sourcream and a dash of milk beat until fully mix pour overtop of sausage with mushrooms,Greenpeppers and onions diced up cooked until eggs are no longer runny and sausage is brown dump half bag of cheese on top then cook until cheese is melted plus in flour soft tortillas for a breakfast wrap can also used bacon but if u want old fashioned breakfast gravy browned ground sausage remove from pan leave grease in skillet add in 1 or 2 the flour still into thick paste pour in milk strip until boiling add in sausage and cook until thicken then served over biscuits or bread
