We hear an amazing solo played on a ney (or kavali?) by Manos Ahalinotopoulos (who is best known for his virtuosity on klarino (clarinet), but his name is not on the video, nor that of the other musicians except for, of course, Ara Dinkjian, who is playing an instrument not known to many people, and which should also have been named. It is called tzumbus.
What a wonderful composition, bravo Ara Dinkjian, by the way Greece version gave it soul to it. By the way it not a Ahmet Kaya composition he just sang in Turkish.
