Treatment - diet helps , they don’t teach nutrition in med school. Many find removing gluten and all grains help. Probably because they have changed modified wheat and it now contains more gluten than decades ago . Corn and soy have also been modified . Majority of processed foods donation wheat / corn /soy . Whole foods are best . Remove sugar from diet . Do not take acid suppressants , they lower HCL, WHICH in turn causes food malabsorption . Of you have damage to parietal cells etc and aren’t making stomache acid you need either digestive enzymes or Betaine HCL with pepsin to digest food . You should get all your nutrients measure because you will be deficient in many nutritions, magnesium , zinc, potassium, copper etc . Most people find vitamin D is also needed to be at the upper limit of reference levels . Naturopaths can suggest many herbs that will calm down gut issues . The age is now much lower today , I would suggest it’s from the modern diet and too much fast food, packaged food and food manufacturing processes, . H pylori feeds on sugar , so if you have it fir a while and eating lots of high sugar foods you will have been adding to the problem , same with SIBO .

Excellent for your brief and descriptive explanation.
I would like to know, is Autoimmune AG reversible? Or no other option left except taking B12 shots IM and PPIs life long. Please explain. Thanks

Doctor, I have chronic, inactive inflammation of the stomach and chonique inflammation of the duodenum, and I do not know what is causing me chronic pain in the middle of the back, deep pain from the inside. I also have an irritable colon and an irritable stomach. I had a CT scan and it was normal. I had a stomach endoscopy done and the presence of these infections was revealed. What is the relationship between these infections? Back pain, especially the middle and lower part
