The video is for the 0 to 3 months size I believe but she says in the video that it’s the same instructions for each size. The only thing you have to change is the size of your hook and the weight of your yarn. So for a 12 to 18 months fit, you have to use a size 4 weight Aran or worsted yarn and 4mm hook which is a size G. In the first couple seconds of the video, she shows you a list of the yarns and hook size of what you’ll need for the pattern for each size.
You can get them from Amazon or Etsy. Search for 'plastic baby shoe inserts'. You can also buy baby shoes / socks from certain retailers that use the inserts to display their product 💞
