- Your ultimate guide to St Andrews, New Brunswick. Located in the southwestern corner of New Brunswick, St. Andrews is one of the province’s premier seaside destinations. It was established by the United Empire Loyalists in 1783, and by the 1800s it was one of the region’s largest seaports. The early 1900s saw a shift towards tourism, drawing summer vacationers from Montreal and Boston and today St. Andrews has solidified itself as one of the best seaside destinations in Canada.
Often referred to as St Andrews By-the-Sea, the town was designated a National Historic District in 1998. It’s a wonderful blend of old and new. Its history is proudly on display and you’ll find all the amenities summer vacationers look for in a destination.

Well Done! Saint Andrews will always be deep in my heart. Descended from the Loyalists, my mother was born and grew up here. I spent many vacations with beloved Grandparents,
Capt. and Mrs. H G Snell. Worked one summer doing accounting at the Algonquin.
Wish you could have given reference to the Algonquin and the wonderful golf links.
Thanks so much! I had a wonderful time visiting. Would love to go back. The Algonquin and golf course are featured in the video 😊
Really nicely done. That was a treat to watch! Thanks!

Thinking about moving to New Brunswick, and Fredericton has been high on the list, but St. Andrews is gorgeous.
Fredericton would be a great base. Lots to do in the city and easy enough to visit the surrounding areas 😁
My favorite place to visit.

I know this place
are there sharks in bay of fundy?
I want to get a visa from here but how?
Hi, how are you
Right across Lubec
NO. it is NOT. Look at a map.
The issue now a days is that people need to be able to feed themselves, have privacy, not be referred to the scraps that are not crown land while we face these horrible tenures that are not land ownership. Canadian living is an illusion now. We can do better but we are becoming more corrupt than before corruption could actually reach us all but now it has completely. We are robbed. Thank you for the beautiful video of what we can still experience for a good dollar.
Would you like to make friendship with me
