北海斗母宫又称槟城斗母宫（Penang Tow Boo Kong Temple），是九皇大帝信仰的主要庙宇之一，也是槟城最大的九皇大帝庙宇之一。庙宇坐落于马来西亚槟城州的北海（Prai）地区。
九皇大帝圣诞千秋是指九皇大帝的诞辰庆典，通常在农历九月初九举行。这是九皇大帝信仰者们的重要节日，也是各地九皇大帝庙会举办庆典的时刻，以纪念九皇大帝的生日。
护驾巡境是九皇大帝圣诞千秋庆典的一部分，也是庙会的重要活动之一。
