You never see any old copilots. The merged balls grow so large they won't fit in the sidecar, and they are forced to retire.
So amazing. To me, the fact that they can react to the turning of the road with such a great speed just amazing

These guys are fucking animals, lol! When I was in my 20s, I would've been fearless enough to do this, but not now.
I was never fearless enough to do this - not even close. And I don't think a whole lot of people are, or were, at any point in their lives.
Pragmatic Tornado I'm sure there is plenty of lads that think they are brave enough to do it, but I guarantee let em go down bray hill flat and by the right hander they will have pulled up and said bollox to that lol

TT 2017 was the best race event that I ever visited!! Unbeliveable how fast is that and how brave the motorcyclists are... Hope to come back there someday :))

its extremely expensive, overly crowded and you just end up sitting in a corner while these guys ride pass you in speeds you dont even understand if its a bike... im not gonna say i regret going since its a "life experience" and i get to say "ive been there", but tbh i wouldnt suggest it, especielly if you have big expectations
Exactly like you said. It is best to just visit the place with your bikes and ride it , instead of visiting during the races!
Total respect for this event and the riders, but completely frightening at the same time. Have to go watch this one day
Seeing this vid in 2019, turns my heartrate to 120..... it's insane that I thought motogp was great... this race is completely on another level

A great respect and a thought to everything is runner, who lost their lives to live their passions. And a friendly thought, because on August 11 Fabrice Miguet was swept away by the TT in the circle of heroes disappeared from the legendary Isle of Man race, rests in peace champion. Thank you all for this very high level show, thank you.

You know what I just love about driving in the snow? I'm at the limit of traction at about 35-45 MPH max...it's fun and relatively safe where I live. Not 200+ MPH. I own two 1000cc bikes, but.....Holy Wow.

What, you're not a Deep Purple fan?!? Sorry, could only use cheap stock music, tried to keep the bike sounds up front, but many of the clips have no or very low sound levels.

As someone who used to motocross race I worry when they head into those turns at such a high speed that all it takes is for ONE little pebble in the road and games over!

0:59 that happened to me in a lot tamer way earlier when I was riding. Going at least 110mph and the front end just came up like it was nothing going down this very little hill while I was on the highway. My right foot came off the peg compensating for balance. Needless to say it was awesome and super scary at the same time. Was in 3rd gear

But then I'm Manx I've grew up with the race, my late dad use to bring me to the quarter bridge but secretley I think he want to go to the pub, he was on his holidays he was a bus driver many of his bus mates met up with him but I loved it I miss my dad xx

That is a rare human attribute-rarer than we realize......Skill/risk/talent.
I learn by analyzing them.Of course I tweak it for what I call civilian riding.Love watching these videos.Not the music.Not the romance.
Although I'm human -i have to push that out of my psyche.There is a lot to learn by watching the elite.
Isle of man TT is definitely a bucket list item.Its the greatest performance vehicle /human race in the world .Lemans,Laguna Seca ,Daytona,Talladega in NASCAR,Watkin Glen-F1......

wait a minute. So they are litteraly racing with sidecars at speeds often exceeding 300kph, and THERES A GUY STANDING/LAYING/SITTING IN THE BACK TRANSERFING HIS WEIGHT SO THEY CAN GO *EVEN FASTER*??? THATS PURE MADNESS. AMAZING. is the guy literally sitting loose without belts or anyting??

Do you think at 1:00 there's a little bit of show boating going on there? Still spectacular. You've got to be absolutely bonkers to be the sidecar geezer (I'm sure there is a proper name for the sidecar hero) who has to keep it balanced /on the ground, crouching head down at those incredible speeds. Upmost respect and applause to all ideas. I call it Professional Insanity at its best.
